An hour after our order was set for delivery I biked to the restaurant (10 min), the order was sitting on the counter getting cold. They returned the delivery costs and let me take the order home. They could have communicated that they are busy.

I hope most of the waiting time was because of the kitchen and not because of the delivery as the restaurant is 5 mins walking from my home:)
