the food okay; i ate it. and i ordered from this place because it supposedly had the shortest delivery time promoted as 15-40 minutes. Instead it took 1 hour and 20 minutes for the delivery to arrive. One time to make a first impression.

An hour after our order was set for delivery I biked to the restaurant (10 min), the order was sitting on the counter getting cold. They returned the delivery costs and let me take the order home. They could have communicated that they are busy.
